Following on from an initial fact finding meeting/telephone discussion they will, based on their experience, respond to the prospective client with an indicative set of terms. If these are acceptable they will then
Obtain from you all the relevant information needed
Present this information on your behalf to not only the right financial institutions but also to the right individual within that organisation
Negotiate Heads of Terms
Attend and advise at all relevant meetings with the chosen lender/s
Ensure swift delivery of a formal offer
Project manage the valuation, due diligence and legal process through to completion
NM Property Finance is a fee-based organisation and always act for the borrower. They never take introductory commissions or fee rebates from lenders ensuring their independent status and meaning that the lenders they choose are because they offer the best deal for the client.
Fees vary from 0.5% - 1% of the loan amount procured dependent upon the complexities of the case and the ongoing nature of the relationship with the client.
There are no up front fees payable, fees only fall due upon a client accepting a formal letter of offer from a chosen lender.
In addition to straightforward brokerage work NMPF also conduct consultancy work for clients who are looking for assistance in their strategic planning or who are tendering for PFI or PPP type projects.
